Jason and I both graduated last December, so we are now living the dreams of full-time employment. Jason works at L-3 Communications, it is by the Salt Lake airport. He works 10 hour days so that he gets every Friday off. (Makes me super jealous, when I have to wake up on Friday and leave for work.) He carpools with 3 other guys in the area which makes it nice.I work at South Hills Middle School as the ID Cluster teacher (Intellectual Disability.) I have 11 darling students with varying disabilities. I love the job, students, and faculty at South Hills. My other favorite thing about the job is my commute is only about 6 minutes, which is super nice. (especially compared to Jason's)
The other big part of our lives is our pets. Some people that come into our house call us the crazy animal people, but I love it. We still have Atta and Rex, our cocker spaniels.

And our newest addition to our family is my Golden Retriever, Hiccup. We got her for my birthday in June. My plans is to do therapy work with her.

We also have a lineolated parakeet name Kovu. He is a funny little bird. He mimicks noises likes clicking, whistles, and kissing sounds.

We also have 2 poison dart frogs. We lived next to some friends that breeds poison dart frogs. He builds his own vivariums for them. Jason got to learn how to make the vivariums and added a waterfall. It is a nice pet that you don't have to clean up after or give any attention. Jason just has to remember to feed them every couple days. (He feeds them genetically dehanced fruit flies) This picture is of the frogs that we had first, unfortunately they did not make it. Our current frogs just have two shades of blue on them, no yellow. And the vivariums has a lot more vegetation now, but this picture is a better picture of the waterfall.
Alright, so maybe we are a zoo. Also in September, Rex and Atta had 7 puppies. One passed away two weeks later, but we were able to find a good home for all 6 puppies. It was a fun experience, but I am glad to have my house back. :D
Well maybe next time I update I can talk about more current happenings. For the time being life is wonderful and I'm trying to enjoy every minute. Merry Christmas everybody!
